Shiatsu: Shiatsu is one of the most powerful pain relieving massage therapies. It is usually applied with thumbs, elbows and knees. In Thaiatsu© Massage the pressure is applied with the feet, covering a larger surface with a deeper pressure and still keeping the sensitive slow paced touch of Shiatsu.
Thai Massage: Thai massage is nowadays quite popular and it is no longer exclusive to LMT's. In Thai Massage the body is moved using passive stretching which is extremely beneficial, activating blood flow and opening up areas that are blocked. Therapist will enjoy performing this massage as they will stretch out too!
Sensitivity Training: Through a meditative practice while performing Thaiatsu© Massage, therapists will feel as relaxed as their clients. The quiet state of mind used through the massage develops the right touch and intuition necessary to train the feet to feel like hands.
