The bottom line is, people who practice Chi Gong improve overall health, well being and strong mindedness. 
Master Chet has studied Taoist Chi Gong with Sifu Michael Tse. 

Master Chet's Chi Gong class is a combination of fitness and meditative movement. The body is relaxed, refreshed and the mind is more calm, after doing some strenuous exercise. 

The student benefits from the warm up, fitness training and is more able to relax and focus inwardly.
