Gentle Yoga


Gentle Yoga is a therapeutic, restorative class open to people of all ages and all levels of fitness. In Gentle Yoga we use props like blocks and straps to get the most out of each asana (posture) in a safe, easy way.

Gentle Yoga gives practitioners the opportunity to enjoy each pose. Some movements are faster and others slower, depending on the purpose of that specific asana. Many of the asanas used in Gentle Yoga are based on Yoga Therapy and are continuously evolving to increase the health benefits of those who attend the class.

Each asana has been refined so the body can naturally release tension and stress,giving space to its natural state of well being and health.
After a Gentle Yoga class, practitioners feel renewed, rejuvenated and calm. 

‚ÄčThis class is recommended to everyone, from Senior Citizens to athletes in need of deep muscle restoration. That's why we made this our community, donation based class. Donations start at $5 per class.
