Kung Fu training was the first "Cross Training". IMAT Kung Fu takes whatever training you enjoy to a higher level! 

IMAT Kung Fu is a comprehensive, dynamic and intensive training for fitness, realistic self defense and "stand up" sport fighting. 

The daily IMAT Kung Fu class has 5 sections. Each section progresses through increasing cycles of difficulty during the class. 

1) The Warm up: Strength, cardio and intensive flexibility training

2) Basic Training: Explosive movement, complex rhythms and focus, emphasizing Accuracy, Power and Speed

3) Form: Choreographed self defense routines that coordinates upper and lower body strength, flexibility and speed 

4) Set Sparring: Defense applications w/ partners

​5) Free Sparring: "Sparring" in an energetic, playful, safe and controlled way to develop confidence and real self defense capabilities
