Sports Massage

Sports Massage is specifically designed to improve athletes performance, for quicker muscle recovery and to maximize training sessions.  

Sports massage can also be beneficial for people with injuries, chronic pain or limited range of motion. 

The difference of Sports Massage to any other massage therapy technique is that the massage therapist will concentrate on the specific area used most by the athlete or problem area.

Sports massage can be used before a sports event to stimulate blood flow enhancing the 'warm up'. It can also be used immediately after a sports event to assist the body through its recovery stage after exertion.
