CUBS Kung Fu

Training is fun, challenging and is family oriented. Our training is developed to enhance the body’s immanent healing intelligence and adaptability to manage stress, self defense conditioning and capability. 

The Cubs Kung Fu class focuses on training young people to establish a complete balanced physical training discipline. When students train in the right way their full potential makes itself known. 

This is a 30 minute Martial Arts class geared to teaching children games and exercises to stimulate their attention, focus and self defense knowledge. 

The class strengthens limbs and stretches their muscles as well as a teaspoon of “stillness medicine.” 


Recommendations:
* Learn to make coming to class a fun thing for everyone. 
* Training has best results three times per week and up.
* The minimum required is two times a week.
* Training 3x per week or more: obvious results in one year!
